Mark L. Black

Founder / President / CEO Mark has spent 27 years in the service industry, solving business problems. With an engineering background, Mark started his career in information technology and applied an engineering discipline to business process and information – breaking down problems into root causes and effects; solving core deficiencies, and rebuilding the process from the ground up. Origin uses this same approach today. It works. He founded Origin, Inc. in 2006 after working at SPL WorldGroup, where he operated its largest and most profitable business portfolio spanning two continents. SPL WorldGroup was acquired by Oracle in 2006/2007. Mark also has worked at Accenture, Ernst & Young, and ICF International.
