Origin’s general approach for our consultancy consists of four segments, discussed on the right in detail. Origin, working with our clients, uses these same four segments to provide services regardless of the size and complexity of the work effort.
(1) Planning & Scheduling – defining the work effort, scheduling resources and meetings, preparing for meeting discussions, communicating the objectives. We repeat this segment many times throughout an effort as the team learns new information that affects our original plan.
(2) Analysis & Solution Development – performing in-depth analysis with focus groups, studying the business problems, developing alternatives, evaluating ROI, selecting and prioritizing solutions. Management reviews and approves recommendations before the team proceeds with any solution development.
(3) Design / Change Management – developing and designing the specifics of the solution, drafting specific communication and training for each change to the current process, testing the new designs for quality, and training resources on the rollout. Origin will use client’s internal processes to migrate to production and to deploy changes.
(4) Deployment & Support – deploying the new solutions into the business, releasing new configurations or software into production environments. Evaluating the performance of new solutions and adjusting where necessary. Origin will also be present to assist business users with understanding the changes and new business operation.
